**Job Title:** Senior/Supervising Social Worker

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior/Supervising Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to our clients, including assessment, planning, and intervention.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop effective care plans
  • Provide regular supervision and support to junior social workers
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including healthcare and education providers, to ensure comprehensive support for clients
  • Participate in case conferences and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make recommendations for improvement
