About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Worker, working with adults and their carers in Swansea. Our approach focuses on providing the right support, at the right time, by the right person, following the Principles of the Social Services and Well-being Act (Wales).
As a Social Worker, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans, working effectively with vulnerable adults, their families, groups, and communities to promote independence and social inclusion.
