About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Full Time Supervising Social Worker to join our team at Foster Care Associates. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a vital role in developing and promoting the fostering services in Cymru South.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and promote the fostering services in Cymru South
  • Work closely with the team to provide support and guidance to foster carers
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people
