About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Supporter Engagement Director to join our team at Parkinson's UK. As a key member of our supporter experience team, you will play a crucial role in driving our ambitious drive to transform supporter engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve our ambitions for supporter engagement, including devising and delivering engaging and effective supporter journeys.
  • Lead the teams responsible for delivering email and supporter journeys across the organisation, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve organisational objectives.
  • Utilise data analysis and audience insight to drive change and improvement, including effective use of segmentation models.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of turning strategic vision into operational reality, with a proven track record in delivering engaging and effective supporter journeys.
  • Experience of working at a senior level, managing multiple stakeholders to deliver projects and lead busy teams.
  • Excellent understanding of strategic audience planning and management, with a proven ability to drive engagement and value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
