About This Role

We're seeking a driven and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in the Payments sector across Europe.

As a trusted advisor, you'll leverage your expertise to connect with potential clients, showcasing our exceptional IT Professional Services capabilities and fostering long-lasting partnerships.

Your Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the Payments industry, positioning our solutions as valuable assets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a variety of channels, including lead generation strategies, networking events, and online research.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads by actively researching and engaging with prospects aligned with our business objectives.
  • Negotiate and finalize strategic new business agreements, driving value for both parties.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and objectives, demonstrating a commitment to achieving ambitious goals.
  • Cultivate existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth within key accounts.
  • Become a recognized expert in the Payments industry landscape, understanding its unique challenges and technological advancements.
  • Drive personal financial success by expanding your client portfolio, generating revenue, and benefiting from our competitive commission structure.
  • Share your expertise through participation in industry events, workshops, and conferences, establishing yourself as a thought leader.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in new business development, specifically within the IT Professional Services sector, with a focus on offshore/nearshore solutions.
  • Experience and knowledge of the Payments industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive sales opportunities for large enterprise clients.
  • A results-oriented sales professional with a hunter mentality, skilled in prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with VP and C-level decision-makers.
  • A self-motivated and driven individual with a proven ability to exceed sales targets and achieve ambitious goals.
