Who You'll Be Supporting & Role Overview:

We are looking for dedicated individuals for our distinctive supported living service, set in a picturesque environment. The individuals you will support may have learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health needs.

They reside in a lovely home with communal gardens, where they enjoy spending time outdoors during warmer months, engaging in activities like gardening and enjoying community events such as lunches, games, and BBQs.

We seek team members who can encourage independence and help individuals make their own choices. Being a good listener is essential, as sometimes all they need is someone to talk to. Remaining calm in challenging situations and being a problem solver while providing reassurance is crucial.
