Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in a unique supported living service in the beautiful Dorset countryside. The successful candidate will work with individuals who have learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health support needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with diverse needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
