Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in our supported living service in Dorset. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health support needs to live independently and make their own choices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to develop their skills and independence
  • Encourage and enable individuals to make their own choices and decisions
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
