Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in our supported living service in Dorset. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health support needs to live independently and participate in their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encourage and enable individuals to participate in community activities and outings
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
