Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate Engagement: Welcome attendees with warmth and provide essential event details, including room arrangements, break schedules, and facility information.
  • Facility Oversight: Maintain all conference areas to the highest standards, ensuring cleanliness, appropriate signage, and proper setup of spaces such as dining and academy areas.
