E-Commerce Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

Location: Central London

We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity to join a consumer-focused property organization as an E-Commerce Manager. This is a newly established position where you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and oversee a digital executive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and executing a top-tier ecommerce strategy and enhancing user experience.
  • Driving digital innovation and overseeing the website development roadmap.
  • Managing and optimizing the conversion funnel to enhance business outcomes, while analyzing and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborating closely with the digital marketing manager to facilitate the execution of strategies across all paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and SMS marketing channels.
  • Coordinating the execution of campaigns and activations across various digital platforms.
  • Identifying and maximizing both new and existing online revenue opportunities through enhancements to digital platforms.

To qualify for this role, you should possess:

  • A demonstrated history of success in ecommerce, with significant managerial experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing principles, theories, and best practices.
  • Practical experience in managing web development initiatives aimed at optimizing customer journeys and experiences.
  • A solid grasp of managing multiple digital platforms and their integration with backend systems.
  • Proficiency in data extraction and utilization of databases and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with various web tools and platforms.
