Job Title: Lead Solutions Architect

At Tata Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Solutions Architect to join our Digital Enterprise Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the technical architecture and solution design for our clients' OneApp programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical delivery of customer-facing mobile app solutions and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain technical architecture designs for OneApp, ensuring compliance with clients' reference architectures, patterns, and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development of clients' Digital roadmaps and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Represent OneApp as a technical product and ensure adherence to company and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading technical delivery of customer-facing mobile app solutions and platforms.
  • Strong technical expertise in mobile content API, Microservices, Kafka event streaming, and app push notification.
  • Experience with Salesforce, including order tracking, customer profile, consent management, and marketing cloud.
  • Ability to lead Technical Design Authorities and provide assurance that technical decisions are right, fit for purpose, and deliver strategic architecture.
  • Strong exposure to both waterfall-based and agile/scrum-based methodologies.
  • Relevant and current software development/engineering experience skills covering all aspects, including security and privacy aspects, error handling, monitoring, and logging.
