As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's digital backbone, leveraging the incredible potential of technology to build vehicles that not only offer a premium digital experience but also make a positive impact on customers' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic engagements to build winning Commerce Cloud capabilities and value within JLR
- Provide leadership to the wider Digital technical community and develop relationships with senior business leaders to influence design proposals
- Work with other members of the JLR Salesforce Centre of Excellence and wider teams to determine plans and execute the best strategy
- Expertly present Commerce Cloud technology, application development, infrastructure, security, and integration capabilities and how they can be leveraged to optimise the outcome for user/customer
- Develop a good understanding of the opportunities for further innovation using Commerce Cloud capabilities across JLR and contribute to JLR's Salesforce platforms and toolset strategy, for adoption by all relevant parts of JLR
Requirements
- Knowledge of Commerce Cloud and how it can be configured, business capabilities, and development
- Hands-on Commerce Cloud technical support including troubleshooting and confidently able to explore and challenge stakeholders in a positive manner
- Experience working with Salesforce administration, implementation, and strategy
