About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at COREcruitment International. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our Conference & Events business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase Conference & Events revenue
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Produce detailed sales reports and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Manage and sustain key accounts to ensure long-term revenue growth
  • Think creatively to generate new ideas and enhance revenue streams
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven track record in a proactive sales or business development role from an events background
  • Strong network of corporate clients and event bookers/agents
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and self-motivated attitude
