About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Consultancy Executive to join our team at BBH. As a key member of our account management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Management
    • Develop a deep understanding of the day-to-day finances on your account and maintain accurate project finance trackers and timesheets.
    • Share key commercial data and business information with your wider team to ensure seamless collaboration.
    • Demonstrate a strong sense of commercial responsibility, including a thorough understanding of purchase orders and billing processes.
    • Support pitch teams with financial administration, helping to track and protect costs.
  • Creative Collaboration
    • Passionately care about great creative work and demonstrate good creative judgment in internal reviews.
    • Understand and interpret client feedback, and work closely with your internal account team to develop effective solutions.
    • Provide inspiration during creative briefings with relevant references and support creative presentations to build compelling pitches for clients.
  • Client Relationship Building
    • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business landscape, including their target audience, brand position, and communication strategy.
    • Articulate the different brand positions for your client's key competitors and provide valuable insights to inform business decisions.
    • Practice front-foot account management, planning ahead, and staying up-to-date on team movements and commitments to ensure smooth project delivery.
