Ongo Recruitment Ltd is proud to represent one of the UK's leading producers of flexible packaging, as we seek a dedicated Sales Administration Specialist to enhance their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this role, reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of internal customer accounts, fostering communication, and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clientele.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in a Sales Administration position or a related field, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. Reliable transportation to the workplace is a necessity.
Key Responsibilities:- Processing customer sales orders and ensuring completion
- Managing inventory, customer forecasts, and call-offs
- Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Handling on-site visits as necessary
- Coordinating prompt delivery of customer orders
- Serving as the initial point of contact for complaints, invoice inquiries, and specifications
- Performing various administrative tasks as directed by management and customers
- Providing support at the reception desk as needed
