Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, you'll be responsible for leading key transformation initiatives, improving stakeholder management, and driving improvements across engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading projects and initiatives across the Engineering directorate, collaborating with Engineering departments and central directorates.
  • Recognizing and mitigating barriers to cross-functional initiatives, acting as an intermediary across engineering and other directorates.
  • Preparing Exec-level presentations and reports, liaising with relevant departments.
  • Providing content from the Engineering leadership team to internal comms team for dissemination across Engineering and wider BA.
  • Effectively using and continuously improving engineering analysis and insights.
  • Championing digital transformation across engineering, leading relevant transformation initiatives.
  • Creating and managing meaningful metrics to uncover areas for improvement and track impact of process changes.
