About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our Engineering team at British Airways. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving transformation initiatives, improving performance, and enhancing stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and initiatives across the Engineering directorate, collaborating with departments and central directorates.
  • Identify and mitigate barriers to cross-functional initiatives, acting as an intermediary between engineering and other directorates.
  • Develop and present executive-level reports and presentations, liaising with relevant departments.
  • Provide content from the Engineering leadership team to internal communications for dissemination across Engineering and BA.
  • Utilize and improve engineering analysis and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Champion digital transformation across engineering, leading relevant initiatives.
  • Create and manage meaningful metrics to track impact and areas for improvement.

  • Ability to synthesize data, insights, and statistics to inform solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
