Job Title: Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team at Talent Finder Careers. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our pub in Lyndhurst.

About the Role:
  • Assist the General Manager in the management of the pub, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, cost control, and staff development.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
