About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pub, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front and back of house operations, including staff supervision and training
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and development of the team
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety standards, and licensing laws
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and growth
  • Monitor and manage costs, wages, and rotas to ensure business efficiency
  • Work closely with the housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Assist with social media management and communication
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections and assist with menu development
  • Lead by example, motivating the team and driving business forward
