This facility is a modern resettlement center designed to accommodate a significant number of individuals.
Work Schedule
Shifts will be organized over a 7-day period, including weekend rotations.
Compensation
Competitive salary up to £44,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Primary Care Nurse, your duties will encompass:
- Leading a multidisciplinary team to provide a nurse-led service aimed at minimizing hospital admissions.
- Conducting medication rounds, managing controlled substances, responding to emergencies, assessing patients, and performing initial screenings.
- Contributing to our nursing strategy by delivering exceptional, evidence-based care, while actively seeking and incorporating patient feedback to personalize care.
- Providing compassionate, non-judgmental care that aligns with our Health in Justice competency framework.
- Fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure a trustworthy and safe service.
