Senior Primary Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Primary Care Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Five Wells, a category C prison located in Wellingborough.
HMP Five Wells is a state-of-the-art resettlement prison with a capacity for 1750 inmates, offering a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
As a Senior Primary Care Nurse, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, preventing hospital admissions and promoting best practice.
You will contribute to our nursing strategy, vision, and values, providing outstanding care to our patients, seeking their feedback, and acting on it to personalize their care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service
- Contributing to our nursing strategy and vision
- Delivering non-judgmental care that makes a real difference
- Promoting best practice, clinical supervision, and continuous quality improvement
We offer a competitive salary of up to £44,000 (depending on experience), a bespoke induction program, and opportunities for regional and national career development.

Key qualifications and experience include:
- Registered nurse Adult
- Current professional qualification (NMC)
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development
