Workshop Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Controller to join our team at Sprint Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our workshop, ensuring that our technicians are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of technicians to achieve high-quality service delivery and productivity targets.
- Develop and implement effective workshop processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with our service team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer requests.
- Monitor and analyze workshop performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business improvement.
- Knowledge of workshop operations and processes, including health and safety regulations.
