Job Summary:

Sprint Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Workshop Controller to join our team. As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standards and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the workflow of the workshop to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
  • Supervise and train technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure that the workshop operates within budget
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve workshop efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that the workshop is running smoothly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a workshop management or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and industry standards
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
