Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our team at Neos Recruitment Limited. As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, managing service engineers' diaries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workshop processes to ensure efficient job completion.
- Authorise repairs and servicing, and assign tasks to technicians to maximise sold hours.
- Oversee MOT processes to ensure high-quality workmanship and achieve a high first-time pass rate.
- Ensure 100% completion sign-off on inspections, guaranteeing that customers' Operator's licenses remain safe and legal.
- Identify warranty items, label replaced parts, complete necessary documentation, and forward it for further action.
Requirements:
- Experience in HGV, automotive, heavy plant, agricultural machinery, and static plant.
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Service Controller, Technical Service Controller, or HGV Engineer.
- Holds a full driving license.
