Job Title: VP of Business Development

Unical Aviation Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing our presence in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with airlines, leasing companies, and MROs to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Represent Unical Aviation Inc. at industry conferences, marketing events, and customer meetings to promote our products and services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capture market trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our product line and sales teams to ensure effective communication of our value proposition to potential customers.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive account management experience, including as an Account Manager.
  • 10 years of experience in the aviation industry in a sales/customer-facing role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, both nationally and internationally.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Working Conditions:
  • This job operates in an administrative office setting.
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
