Job Overview

Medevolve UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling a range of neurodiagnostic equipment, accessories, and consumables to various departments within hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with neurophysiology, vascular, medical physics, and procurement departments to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide high-level applications support and training to clinical users, ensuring they are proficient in using our products.
  • Present product demonstrations and customer evaluations, including in-theatre presentations, to showcase the benefits of our equipment.
  • Assist with on-site networked equipment installations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to hospital operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with company CRM, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Organize and conduct product evaluations, site visits, and training sessions to educate customers on our products and their clinical applications.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Attend academic and clinical meetings to promote our products, stay informed about industry developments, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Qualification to an appropriate degree or postgraduate level (or relevant experience) in a field related to neurodiagnostic equipment or sales.
  • Clinical experience in performing EEG, NCS, or IOM is highly desirable.
  • A thorough understanding of our products and their clinical applications, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • A full clean driving license and the ability to travel within the UK, particularly in the northern region.
