We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our internal sales support team at Mulberry Recruitment. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in answering sales queries, carrying out sales processes, and building partnerships with assigned small resellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out sales processes and ensuring the best customer experience and reseller satisfaction.
- Building partnerships with assigned small resellers and evaluating lease requests up to the limits defined by governance.
- Supporting Sales force and interacting with resellers/customers to ensure accurate and complete information and documentation.
- Managing Complaints and directing them to the relevant team.
- Reviewing accuracy and ensuring completeness of all information and documentation.
- Contacting colleagues and/or resellers and/or Customers to collect missing information/documentation.
- Entering relevant data into management IT systems.
- Providing support with the contract settlement process.
Requirements:
- A natural rapport builder with strong commercial acumen and organizational abilities.
- A strong will to win and perseverance with ability to identify sales opportunities.
- Experience in telephone selling and attention to detail.
