As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in answering sales queries, carrying out sales processes, and building partnerships with assigned small resellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out sales processes and ensuring the best customer experience and reseller satisfaction.
  • Building partnerships with assigned small resellers and evaluating lease requests up to the limits defined by governance.
  • Supporting Sales force and interacting with resellers/customers to ensure accurate and complete information and documentation.
  • Managing Complaints and directing them to the relevant team.
  • Reviewing accuracy and ensuring completeness of all information and documentation.
  • Contacting colleagues and/or resellers and/or Customers to collect missing information/documentation.
  • Entering relevant data into management IT systems.
  • Providing support with the contract settlement process.

Requirements:

  • A natural rapport builder with strong commercial acumen and organizational abilities.
  • A strong will to win and perseverance with ability to identify sales opportunities.
  • Experience in telephone selling and attention to detail.
