Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at Noble Futures, a specialist recruitment agency for the animal and agricultural related industries. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the UK market, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop targeted sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within the UK market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide value-added services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our clients remain competitive and informed.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the food safety or animal health industries, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering results.
