Position Overview:

We are offering both full-time and part-time roles for motivated individuals to become part of our Sales Field Consultant team.

As a representative of our esteemed brand, you will serve as the initial contact for customers, providing exceptional service and promoting our offerings to attract new clientele to Virgin Media O2.

While prior sales experience is not a prerequisite, we seek individuals who are eager to excel in a performance-oriented environment.


We provide comprehensive training upon your onboarding, equipping you to engage in meaningful conversations with customers right from the start, ensuring your success in this role.


Our working hours vary, offering part-time positions between 16 to 30 hours weekly and full-time roles at 37.5 hours per week. Fieldwork hours are scheduled from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.



Training Requirements:


During the initial three weeks, you will need to be available at your designated office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This period will include a combination of self-directed learning and an in-office orientation with your manager to guide you through your training journey.

(Please note that part-time employees must be able to commit to this schedule for the first three weeks before transitioning to their agreed working hours).

A valid UK driving license with no more than 8 penalty points is required.


Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and possess:
  • Self-motivation to achieve set sales goals, the ability to think quickly when addressing objections, and the resilience to handle rejection.


Compensation includes a base salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time roles).


Additional Benefits:
  • Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees.

Employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave, UK bank holidays, and a day off for their birthday (pro-rata). Additionally, there is an option to buy and sell up to 5 days of leave to accommodate personal needs.
