Position Overview

Deichmann Shoes is thrilled to present a unique opportunity to become part of our expanding team as a Retail Operations Manager. This role involves providing managerial support across multiple locations, ensuring that our stores operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and guide the team to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate exemplary sales techniques and promote product offerings.
  • Prepare staff schedules in accordance with budgetary guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory management and stock levels.
  • Analyze sales data and generate performance reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards in merchandising and operational procedures.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in the recruitment and development of team members.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A proactive leader with a background in retail or a similar sector.
  • A positive and adaptable mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Strong motivational skills to coach and uplift the team.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Organized and methodical with a structured work ethic.
  • Strong numerical aptitude.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license is preferred due to travel requirements.

Compensation: Competitive salary of £32,000 per annum.
