About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Consulting Senior Manager/Director with expertise in growth consulting, loyalty, and promotions to join our team in the UK. As a trusted advisor, you will play a vital role in shaping products that impact the lives of millions of people worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies at the intersection of loyalty programs, promotion strategies, membership experiences, and subscription models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-focused transformation projects across various areas.
  • Equip account managers and sales teams with knowledge, materials, and support to pursue opportunities with clients and prospects.
  • Assess client opportunities, generate and respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, and establish senior relationships with clients and prospective clients.
  • Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models, and lead the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels and external and internal partners to maximize growth of practice activities within our consumer industries portfolios.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge in one or more of loyalty/membership, pricing/promotions, subscription/recurring business models domains.
  • Deep industry experience in trendsetting, digital, and innovative technology-focused across industry sectors (Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Hospitality).
  • Experience in leadership positions or equivalent from a recognized consultancy practice.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Willingness to lead people and help build a scaling practice.
  • Proven ability to manage client consulting engagements and management of digital innovation transformation programs to completion.
  • Sound business acumen, commercial, and strategic skills, numeric fluency, negotiation skills, and advocate for diversity.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (business proficiency in additional languages is also desirable but not required).
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.
