Job Description

Project Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Engineering Manager to join our team at NOV Process Systems. As a key member of our Project Management Team, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of our projects, providing guidance and advice to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute engineering work for dedicated projects, including technical areas such as process, electrical, instrumentation, and control.
  2. Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams to meet NOV and client expectations.
  3. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments within NOV, including Business Development, Sales, and Life Cycle Services.
  4. Take ownership of projects and proactively follow up on progress.
  5. Maximize tender winning chances by working with Business Development, Sales, and Technology teams to optimize technical tender solutions.

Requirements:

  1. 5-10 years' experience in a similar role or level of responsibility managing multidiscipline engineering teams in EPC projects.
  2. Strong familiarity with interfaces between engineering, procurement, and fabrication of process/utility/topside modules and skids.
  3. Ability to manage technical aspects of projects and solve detailed engineering problems.
  4. Organized and able to identify priorities and key activities to meet technical and commercial milestones.
