About the Role

As an Infant & Family Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting families during the crucial early years of a child's life. You'll work collaboratively with parents, partners, and their families from pre-birth through to the age of one year. Your responsibilities will encompass providing guidance, resources, and interventions tailored to each family's unique needs.

You'll be part of a dedicated team within Early Childhood Services, collaborating closely with colleagues in Children's Centres, Midwifery, Family Nurse Practitioners, Health Visiting, Social Care, the Voluntary Sector, and Education. This multi-disciplinary approach ensures families receive comprehensive support throughout their journey.

About the Candidate

To excel in this role, you'll possess a strong background in early childhood development, child psychology, and the critical '1001 Days' framework. Your experience working with families will be invaluable as you guide them through the challenges and joys of raising young children.
