We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Support Specialist to join our Early Childhood Services team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with families across the Birkenhead locality, providing support and guidance to help them achieve positive outcomes for their young children.

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of child development and the early years, with the ability to deliver high-quality interventions that effect sustained change. You will work collaboratively with families, using a whole-family, systemic approach to support their needs and ensure children are well-supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality interventions to support families and improve outcomes for young children

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, community groups, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of early years initiatives and policies
