Key Responsibilities

  • Take telephone and internet orders, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Make outbound calls to customers and prospects, providing a personalized and caring experience.
  • Support drivers with route planning and ensure seamless delivery rounds.
  • Update customer records and liaise with customer relatives as required.
  • Provide product information, cooking instructions, and re-ordering details to customers.
  • Prepare promotional literature and communicate new product offerings to customers.
  • Search for new business opportunities and share best practices with colleagues to continuously improve our service proposition.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service role, with a focus on elderly care.
  • Confident computer skills, including order management and processing.
  • Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
  • Numerate and good written English skills, with GCSE Maths and English standard or equivalent.
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience working in the elderly care market.
  • Teamwork and communication skills, with a full UK driving license.
