The company operates through two main divisions:

Müller Milk & Ingredients: This division aspires to lead the private label dairy market in Britain, producing both branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter, and various ingredient products. It boasts an extensive network of dairies and depots that cater to customers nationwide.

Müller Yogurt & Desserts: As the UK's premier yogurt manufacturer, this division aims to create memorable experiences for consumers. It manages prominent brands such as Müller Corner, Müllerlight, Müller Bliss, Müller Rice, FRijj, and Müller Kefir Smoothie, and produces chilled desserts under license from Mondelez International. Additionally, it supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a state-of-the-art yogurt facility.

To fulfill our ambition of becoming the leading dairy company in the UK and Ireland, we are seeking to expand our team. We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring excellent customer service and resolution of inquiries.
  • Accurately input customer orders into the system and maintain updated records.
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet customer needs and address service challenges.
  • Adhere to structured processes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Logical problem-solving abilities and effective time management skills.
  • Capability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
