Müller Yogurt & Desserts, the UK's foremost yogurt manufacturer, is dedicated to creating delightful experiences for consumers. We manage well-known brands such as Müller Corner, Müllerlight, Müller Bliss, Müller Rice, FRijj, and Müller Kefir Smoothie, and we produce chilled desserts under license from Mondelez International. Our state-of-the-art yogurt facility also caters to the UK private label yogurt market.

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking to expand our team to ensure that all customer interactions meet our service level agreements while providing exceptional customer service and a positive overall experience.

We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team. The role involves a 40-hour work week with a shift pattern of 5 days over 7.

This position is a Fixed Term role for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor include:

  • Data Entry - Accurately capturing orders using AS400/SAP systems and updating trackers and reports with information from various sources.
  • Customer Engagement - Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and ensuring resolution of inquiries.
  • Continuous Improvement - Adhering to structured processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Working with various departments to meet customer needs and resolve service-related issues.
  • Maintaining Customer Data - Keeping SOPs and customer data files organized and up to date.
