Job Summary:

Network IT is currently recruiting for a Hardware Support Engineer to join our client on a 6-month contract, outside IR35. This is a unique opportunity to support one of the flagship projects within the business, aimed at unifying the organization onto a single IT platform, thereby increasing future collaboration amongst colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout of new laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, including Apple phones and iPads.
  • Provide technical support for existing hardware, such as printers.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new and existing hardware with the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall IT performance.

Requirements:

  • Hardware support background with experience in laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Azure Active Directory and M365 administration.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to provide desk-side support to colleagues across the business.
  • DV Cleared or SC clearance with eligibility for DV clearance.
  • British Passport holder.

Working Arrangements:

This role will be based fully onsite in East Kilbride, due to the level of security associated with the work.

Rate: £370 per day

IR35 Status: Outside
