This position has been specifically designed to manage EVHC requests efficiently, ensuring that our service advisor team receives precise pricing details and availability.
If you possess self-motivation, exceptional time management skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service, we invite you to consider joining our team.
Key Qualifications:
Previous experience as a parts advisor or in a supervisory role.
Highly organized with the ability to perform various administrative tasks.
Demonstrated capability to work under pressure while consistently meeting KPI targets.
Ability to align personal objectives with the overarching goals of the company.
Skilled in managing diverse customer needs, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Proficient in IT (knowledge of CDK is a plus).
Friendly, dependable, trustworthy, and responsible.
Effective team player within the broader Park's management structure.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A full clean driving license is desirable.
