Sales Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our successful team at a leading independent estate agent in Mansfield, Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential home buyers, providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to vendors and facilitating smooth transactions.
  • Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Coordinate appointments for the mortgage broker and refer clients to solicitors, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to facilitate successful sales.
  • Generate and book property valuations for the valuer, maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach and good organisational skills.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle, with knowledge of the local property market an advantage.
