About the Role

  • As a key member of our lettings team, you'll be responsible for negotiating lettings agreements, managing client relationships, and maintaining accurate records.
  • You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to customer service.
  • With our comprehensive training program, you'll develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the lettings industry, including property law, marketing, and sales techniques.
  • You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, and develop a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • As you progress in your role, you'll take on additional responsibilities, including managing your own portfolio of clients and contributing to the development of new business strategies.

Requirements

  • A strong desire to learn and develop your skills in the lettings industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A positive and resilient attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (desirable).
