Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Deal Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales and Customer Success team, you will be responsible for processing quotes, obtaining discount approvals, ensuring compliance with published policies, and accelerating deal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales and Customer Success team in processing quotes and obtaining discount approvals
  • Ensure data accuracy of closed deals
  • Maintain and enforce agreed-upon approval processes and SLAs
  • Drive system requirements to implement the Order to Cash process and improvements of deal desk policies and procedures
  • Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert for contracts policy and the deal approval process
  • Partner cross-functionally across various stakeholder groups, including legal, sales, revenue, and finance

Requirements

  • Proven success in SaaS/B2B industry, Deal Desk, Order management, Sales Operations, Customer Support or Services
  • Highly organized, customer-focused, out of the box thinking, strong attention to details, and ability to multi-task
  • Interpersonal skills - Excellent communicator and problem-solver
  • Prior experience working with multi-national teams
  • Salesforce experience - a must
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks
  • General high-tech/Start up/Software experience
