Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Policy Advisor to join our dynamic team at ISR Recruitment. This role focuses on providing essential support to our internal staff, ensuring effective management of employee leave and exit processes.

Contract Details:
  • Duration: 4 months
  • Compensation: Approximately £20.00 to £23.00 per hour (via PAYE) or £25.00 to £28.00 per hour (via Umbrella)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Key Responsibilities:

As part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering first-line employee support to approximately 1500 staff members.
  • Reporting directly to the EMEA HR Shared Services Manager.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in managing employee absence and exit processes.
  • Experience in HR Shared Services, preferably with HRIS systems such as Workday.
  • A solid understanding of HR policies, practices, and legal requirements, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • A strong customer service focus, coupled with a commitment to maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Visio, along with experience in data analysis and case management tools.
  • A degree in a relevant HR field or CIPD qualification.
