We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Hirecracker. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources department by handling key administrative tasks, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
- Produce HR documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Act as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and provide answers on HR policies and benefits
- Assist with recruitment, including coordinating interviews and supporting the hiring process
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and communication with employees
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and able to work to a high quality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear and concise information to employees
- Degree level education and relevant experience in HR or a related field
- CIPD Qualification preferred
- Eligible to work in the UK and hold a full driving license
