About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Hirecracker. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources department by handling key administrative tasks, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
  • Produce HR documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and provide answers on HR policies and benefits
  • Assist with recruitment, including coordinating interviews and supporting the hiring process
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and communication with employees
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to work to a high quality
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear and concise information to employees
  • Degree level education and relevant experience in HR or a related field
  • CIPD Qualification preferred
  • Eligible to work in the UK and hold a full driving license
