Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our busy HR Employment Services Team, providing a high-quality and customer-focused HR service to all areas across the University.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive administrative and systems support to the University's contingent/temporary worker Managed Service Provider (MSP) in accordance with service level agreements, KPIs, and standard operating procedures.
  • Providing a full range of recruitment and HR services in a large, complex environment, with a successful track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, with experience of HR and recruitment software systems desirable.
Requirements:
  • CIPD level 3 qualified or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of providing a high-quality HR service, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders.
