Our Asset Team
We are seeking an experienced Clerk of Works who will operate as a member of our Asset Team, delivering New Build, Common Tenement Improvements, Refurbishment of Acquired Properties, and Capital Investment in our housing and commercial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and access properties at multiple levels and externally via scaffold
- Deliver clerk of works services with strong communication skills and a proven track record
- Collaborate with our subsidiary company, Govanhill Community Development Trust, to deliver community development and regeneration services
- Work closely with our Asset Team to deliver new build, common tenement improvements, and capital investment projects
Requirements
- Relevant qualification and practical, relevant experience
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellence in customer care
- Ability to speak a community language is desirable
