About the Role

Rhodar Specialist Enabling Works is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth delivery of our enabling works projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recording data on internal systems to track the progress of jobs, from initial enquiry to invoicing.
  • Issuing information and paperwork for site employees, including method statements and risk assessments.
  • Producing invoices and issuing these to clients for payment.
  • Collating site completion documents and following up with site employees where required.
  • Organising paperwork to ensure it is easily accessible.
  • Communication with tenants and clients to schedule appointments, ensuring target dates are being met.
  • Costing works and budgeting to ensure scheduled works are achieving targets.
  • Providing general administrative support to all, ranging from director to operative.
  • Following process for stages of jobs and reporting any issues to line manager.
  • Using general office equipment, such as photocopier/scanner, PC, and phones.
  • General knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft package. Training will be provided for internal systems 8x8 and Redsky.
  • Ensuring method statements integrate with Rhodar standard procedures and risk assessments.
  • Ensuring adherence with all fire and emergency procedures.
  • Assisting managers in written communication, ensuring the company's written standards are met.

About You

  • Previous administration experience is essential.
  • An excellent telephone manner.
  • IT literate with strong understanding of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task and re-prioritise at frequent intervals.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Friendly, calm, and professional manner.
  • Ability to handle pressure and good time-management.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change, working effectively as part of a team.
