About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our contracts team. As a Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing project costs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with contractors and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate project costs for asbestos removal projects
- Ensure customers, contractors, and partners are informed of our activities and plans
- Manage day-to-day operations within company standards and policies
- Previous operational, project, or contract management experience is essential
- Asbestos industry experience and qualification such as P402 is desirable but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Project, and email/internet
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent telephone manner
- Financial and commercial acumen
- Ability to handle pressure and good time-management
