Senior Civil and Highways Engineer

Position Summary: They are currently looking to recruit a Chartered or Senior Civil/Highways and Drainage Engineer to enhance their skilled team. This role is pivotal as it involves mentoring and managing existing personnel while collaborating closely with the Directors and Senior Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage actively within the Civils team to develop designs and drawings for civil and highway projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards from inception to completion.
- Oversee the coordination of S104, S38, and S278 applications, prepare reports, and maintain communication with clients regarding project management and coordination.
- Monitor the commercial and technical aspects of projects to ensure effective management within budgetary limits, while also reviewing and managing the submission of technical/design packages and the work of junior staff.
